About The Project

A workshop titled "The Role of Scientific Research in Preserving the Red Sea Environment" was launched on the occasion of World Oceans Day, witnessing broad participation from relevant stakeholders. Twelve specialized papers were presented by local and international experts, discussing the biodiversity and ecosystems of the Red Sea, along with exploring avenues for achieving sustainability in this crucial region.

Since its establishment, the center has been working on developing and implementing plans to face the threats facing wildlife on land and sea, as well as rehabilitating species that have become extinct in the wild and species endangered with extinction. Its goal is to restore the ecological balance of natural ecosystems.
