We developed and executed the strategy, plan, and operations for The Global Conference for Giftedness & Creativity 2024. The execution included building the main stage, a secondary stage, the CreaThon area, gates, and exhibition booths. Additionally, we managed all systems and logistical operations, such as registration and attendance systems, speaker management, the CreaThon, workshops, and the organization and documentation of all three conference days.
