The Neom Partners Employment Forum was held at Tabuk University on July 12, 2023. The event was designed to attract the most talented individuals from diverse fields and sectors, and featured the participation of 21 companies from Neom's partners. With over 1620 job opportunities on offer, the forum aimed to empower and equip candidates with the necessary skills to contribute to the development of a new and innovative future in Neom.

Neom is a visionary Saudi Arabian company with a mission to develop a futuristic cross-border city that integrates nature, technology, and innovation. The city will be designed to be carbon-free, and powered entirely by renewable energy sources. The development is divided into four main regions, namely Trigona, The Line, Aksa Canyon, and Sindalah, each with a unique focus on different sectors.
A dedicated website has been created for the NEOM Partners Job Fair to ensure the success of the event. The website contains all the necessary information for both applicants and participating companies. Multiple areas within Tabuk University have been allocated for the event, including the exhibition, interviews, break area, and reception, to facilitate communication, networking, and recruitment between NEOM partners and applicants.
The forum has been meticulously prepared and organized, starting from carefully allocating spaces to ensure optimal utilization, and providing comfort in the break areas, facilitating registration and reception in the reception area, to equipping interview zones with the latest technologies and amenities. All of this is aimed at creating an environment that streamlines the recruitment process and contributes to achieving positive and tangible results.
