Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Procurement Specialist based in Riyadh. As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for developing procurement strategies, sourcing materials and services, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and utilize procurement systems effectively to ensure our procurement processes are efficient and cost-effective.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

2+ years of experience in procurement, with demonstrated expertise in sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiation, and cost management

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Experience using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, procurement systems, and supply chain management software

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and with external suppliers and vendors

Strong attention to detail, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Fluent in English and Arabic
