Operations Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Operational Specialist located in Riyadh. The Operational Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day management of events, ensuring that all project tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing and coordinating the event operations team to ensure seamless execution.

Qualifications

Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to listen and interpret customer needs.
Experience in sales with the ability to identify new opportunities and create effective sales strategies.
Experience in operations management and project management with strong attention to detail.
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in event management is a plus.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
