Senior UI UX Designer

We are seeking a Senior UI UX Designer with a strong background in user-centered design to lead our design initiatives and contribute to the creation of seamless and engaging digital experiences, particularly in the event management domain. As a Senior UI UX Designer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to ensure our products meet user needs and business goals.

**Qualifications:**

- Experience in agencies, especially in Event Management, is a MUST

- 3+ years of experience in UI and UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar

- Strong understanding of UX principles, methodologies, and best practices

- Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints

- Experience working in an Agile development process is a plus

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Adaptability and time management

- Curiosity and continuous learning

- A good mindset to be a team player

- Ability to communicate with teams and stakeholders effectively

Soft skills:

- Design and iterate on user interfaces for websites, landing pages, mobile apps, and other digital products

- Collaborate with clients, product managers, and developers to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with project goals

- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve designs

- Ensure all designs are responsive and optimized for various devices

- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design

- Create and maintain design documentation, style guides, and design systems (not for every project)

- Present design concepts and prototypes to clients and stakeholders for feedback and approval
